About this bouquet
The Market Bunch is the bouquet we would send to our own people. We walk the wholesale floor at six, pick what is at its peak that day, and build around it: ranunculus and anemones in spring, sweet peas and garden roses in June, dahlias from August until the first frost.
You choose the size; we choose the stems. That trade is what keeps the price honest. We are not paying for a flower that had to be flown in to match a photograph, and you are not getting one that was cut a week ago.
Every Market Bunch is hand-tied in a spiral, so it stands on its own in any jug, and wrapped in plain kraft with a water pouch that keeps it drinking until it reaches a vase.
“They rang to say the peonies were over and suggested ranunculus. They were right.”
