Delivery

Same-day across Bristol, by our own drivers

We do not use couriers inside our zones. The florist who ties your bouquet hands it to one of two drivers who know the city, and they hand it to a person.

What if something goes wrong?

Flowers are perishable and doorsteps are unpredictable. This is what we promise.

Seven-day freshness

If any stem fades inside seven days of delivery, send a photo to the studio. We replace the bouquet, or refund it if you prefer. No forms, no argument.

Nobody home

We leave it with a neighbour or in the safe place you gave us and text you a photo. If neither works, it comes back to the studio in water and we redeliver next morning, free.

Wrong address

Tell us before 11 am on the day and we change it at no cost. After the van has left we will do our best, and the redelivery fee for your zone may apply.

Cancellations

Cancel any order up to 5 pm the day before delivery for a full refund. On the day, we will have bought and tied the flowers, so we offer a credit instead.

In a zone? Then today is still possible.

Order by 1 pm and your bouquet goes out on this afternoon's run.
