Frequently asked questions

Still stuck? Call the studio on 0117 496 0147 between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday to Friday.

Orders and delivery

What time do I need to order for same-day delivery?

By 1 pm for central and greater Bristol, and by 11 am for the outer ring and Bath road postcodes. We deliver Monday to Saturday; orders placed on Sunday go out on Monday.

How much is delivery?

It depends on your postcode: £5 in central Bristol, £8 across greater Bristol and £12 for the outer ring. The builder shows the exact fee as soon as you type the first part of the postcode.

What if the recipient is not in?

The driver leaves the bouquet with a neighbour or in a safe place you name at checkout, and texts you a photo. If neither is possible we bring it back to the studio in water and redeliver the next morning at no charge.

How long will the flowers last?

Seven days at least, if you recut the stems and change the water every other day. If anything fades sooner, send us a photo within the week and we replace the bouquet.

Can I choose exact flowers?

You choose the size and the colour palette; we choose the stems from what came in at the market that morning. It is how we keep every bouquet at its best. For a specific flower, write it in the card note and we will do our best.

Do you use floral foam or plastic?

Neither. Bouquets are hand-tied and wrapped in recycled kraft with a compostable water pouch. Event work is built on moss, chicken wire and reusable vessels.

Can I pause or skip a subscription?

Yes, any week, up to Thursday midnight before the delivery. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

How far ahead should we book wedding flowers?

Six to nine months for a Saturday between May and September, three months for anything else. We take a £300 deposit to hold the date, which comes off the final invoice.
