What wedding flowers actually cost in 2026
Real numbers from our last forty weddings — bouquets, table flowers, arches and the line items couples forget.
Couples ask us for a ballpark in the first email, and they deserve one. These are averages from the last forty weddings we did, not a price list.
The personal flowers
A bridal bouquet averages £165, and a bridesmaid’s bouquet £70. Buttonholes are £14 each and corsages £22. For a wedding party of eight, most couples spend between £450 and £650 here.
The ceremony
A pair of pedestal arrangements costs around £380. A full meadow arch, built on site, runs from £950 to £1,600 depending on its width and how much of it is flowers rather than foliage. Aisle jars or meadow boxes add £25 to £60 each.
The tables
Low, loose table arrangements average £55 per table. Taller designs with candles run £90 to £140. For a hundred guests on twelve tables, budget £700 to £1,500.
The line items people forget
Delivery, set-up and the strike at the end of the night. We charge a flat £180 within twenty miles of Bristol for all three, and it is on every quote from the start.
Where the money goes furthest
Move the ceremony flowers to the reception. Choose a seasonal palette. Put more into one big moment, usually the arch or the top table, and keep the rest simple. Most of our couples spend between £2,800 and £4,500; our weddings page has the packages.
